Finally we have started the refurbish project on our 84″ Billco glass washing machine. The infeed section had a pre wash installed which resulted in the a lot of surface rust on the do nut rollers. The rollers were sent out for sandblasting and powder painting to make them look better than new and more durable to any water that gets on them in the future.
The do nut rollers on the outfeed section were in great shape so we will be just replacing the rubber do nut rings with new non marking rubber rings.
The air knife drying section has been completly stripped down to the frame, cleaned up and re painted Billco green and is now ready for assembly.
